Olympus Abstract, LLC currently provides Title Insurance searches in New York State only. However, should our clients require services outside of New York, we are able to refer services to one of our affiliates.
Non-Insurance and Insured Searches will be returned within 72 hours, when County Records allow, however we are able to expedite your order with our examiners upon special request. We strive to provide reports quickly, but in a clear, concise and complete way. We will never sacrifice quality for speed.
Delivery. Our office has made great strides to reduce our impact on the environment by reducing our paper consumption. In an effort to "go green" we prefer to transmit completed Commitments via email, however, if any of our clients prefer fax, mail or overnight delivery of their Commitment, we are glad to transmit their titles via one of those methods. We are always willing to customize our services to fit the needs of our clients.
Recording Services. The turn-around time for document recording (in most Counties) is less than 72 hours. Many of New York's 62 Counties have made the move to Electronic Filing, reducing that time frame even further. We understand the urgency in Recording and will do everything possible to avoid rejection and get our documents on as quickly as possible.
